Where: Complex Esportiu Municipal La Mar Bella

🎯 What will we do in this session?

  • Activation and specific strength for runners: Mobility, core, and muscle activation aimed at preparing the body to run at demanding paces.
  • Running technique: Specific drills to improve efficiency, running economy, and proper movement mechanics.
  • 13 km test on the seafront at half-marathon pace: Route along the seafront, organized by pace groups and supported by our staff and ProAm pacers.
  • Stretching and guided recovery: Final work focused on bringing the body back to calm, improving mobility, and speeding up post-test recovery.

    📊 Purpose of the 13 km test
    This test not only measures your current condition but also helps you define your target pace for the Barcelona Half Marathon by Brooks. It’s the perfect opportunity to adjust your training plan and approach race day with confidence.

    All guided and supervised by Vercho coaches. Don’t miss the chance to prepare with us!

    There will be 3 pacers for each of the following 10 paces (a total of 30 pacers):
    1:20h (3:48 min/km)
    1:25h (4:02 min/km)
    1:30h (4:16 min/km)
    1:40h (4:44 min/km)
    1:45h (4:59 min/km)
    1:50h (5:13 min/km)
    1:55h (5:27 min/km)
    2:00h (5:40 min/km)
    2:06h (6:00 min/km)
    We will have 10 starts. One every minute, starting with the slowest pace.
